Builder reserves the right to extend, discontinue, or amend the referral program at any time without notice. Referral incentive payout amounts differ by community and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. This offer is only available to current homeowners who purchased their residence from Discovery Homes within the past twenty-four (24) months (“Homeowner”) and who refer a new homebuyer (“Buyer”) to the same or another Discovery Homes community. The referring Homeowner must submit a completed referral form prior to the Buyer’s initial visit to the community sales office. Only one referral payment will be made, regardless of how many referring “Homeowners” submit a completed referral form. The referral payment is only payable upon the close of escrow on the Buyer’s purchase of a new home on terms and conditions acceptable to the seller. This offer is subject to seller approval and mutual execution of all required documents. This offer may not be combined with any other incentives, promotions, or offers, and is not valid if the Buyer is represented by an outside real estate agent or broker.
