This past Friday, April 27, we held our Spring Sales Event: an opportunity for home buyers to meet directly with the Builder to negotiate a deal. Pre-qualified home buyers who were interested in purchasing a home at any of our 14 new home communities were invited to this special event that took place at our gorgeous Design Center. They were able to meet with the President and negotiate their deal on the spot – with no hassle or waiting! The Design Center was buzzing with excitement as people arrived, and everyone was able to enjoy delicious food from El Paisa Taco Truck! At the end of the day, 15 homes were sold at the event!
