The Discovery Builders team is thrilled to celebrate the spring groundbreaking of Sprouts in Pittsburg. As plans advance for Discovery Builders project Faria, there is an increased need for a central market and access to nutritional foods for East Contra Costa County residents. Just two years ago, an analysis categorized a large portion of Pittsburg as a “food desert,” meaning at least one-third of the neighborhood's residents live over half a mile away from the nearest supermarket. With exciting residential growth from projects like Faria, commercial growth progresses, as well.
