The Superintendent's role is responsible for utilizing all resources available to manage and maintain our new home communities. In accordance with the plans, specifications and construction schedules, the Superintendent orchestrates subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure efficient operations of the subdivisions. A successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
